Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Balkan Holidays guests are under the responsibility of Balkan Holidays.
General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
There is no cancellation or refund of plane tickets for tours specified as promotions and special period tours (holidays and holidays). Airline rules apply to all other tours, and cancellation, refund and changes are within the airline rules.
Balkan Holidays may cancel the tour if there are not enough participants for the tour it has organized. Package Tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 7 days in advance. In such cases, the consumer can move the tour to another available date or receive a refund of the tour fee. They cannot request compensation.
In our overseas tours, reservations can be made with a 35% or 50% prepayment depending on the cancellation-change conditions of the tour you have chosen. However, the remaining amount must be completed 45 days before the tour date.
Balkan Holidays is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. The city where the plane will land may differ. Balkan Holidays is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of time change. All times must be confirmed in writing by our guests 48 hours before the departure dates.
During registration, the Name, Surname, date of birth and passport numbers in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The no-show fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
The city where the plane will land may differ. Balkan Holidays cannot be held responsible for time changes and possible delays that may be made by airline companies.

Airline rules apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to the group ticket rule, the return flight cannot be used either.
The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the destination country. This weight may be reduced to 15 kg for domestic flights in the destination countries. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Balkan Holidays.
The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour route may be changed.
Balkan Holidays reserves the right to change the tour route as deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
City introduction tours can be carried out on the next day/days according to the arrival time to the city.
Balkan Holidays reserves the right to change the hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same. It is obliged to inform the guests in writing 48 hours before the tour departure of the changes made.
*A minimum number of participants is required for the extra tours specified in the tour programs. These numbers are determined according to the costs of the tour to be organized by the local operator or guide. If the required numbers are not reached, the guide has the right to cancel and not carry out the extra tour(s) on behalf of the agency.
Extra tours can be carried out if there is a minimum of 20 participants, if there is less participation, the prices can be changed at the discretion of the guide and if necessary. Balkan Holidays cannot be held responsible for the fact that these trips or tours cannot be carried out.
Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Balkan Holidays cannot be held responsible for the fact that these trips or tours cannot be carried out.
The trips specified in the programs can be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days for any reason at the discretion of the guide.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.

Passports;
* In order to participate in international trips, a passport that is not older than 10 years and is valid for at least 6 months as of the end of the trip is required.
* Our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passports are older than 10 years. Passports extended with stickers, banderols or cold stamps are not accepted at the entrances of most countries and it is not exactly clear which countries accept them. Guests with passports that are not renewed may not be accepted to the country they will go to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. The passport validity date of our guests with green passports must be at least 6 months as of the end of the trip. In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*Border police have the authority not to accept a visitor into the country if they have doubts about the purpose of the visitor's travel to Serbia, that the visitor will not leave the country at the end of the trip or that the visitor will try to go to a third country illegally.
*Foreigners who are minors who will travel to Serbia must present a document (consensual letter) prepared by their parents at the border gates, indicating the reason for their travel to the country and the name and full address of the person or institution that will accompany them during this travel.
*Although entry to Serbia is visa-free for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, entry to the country is subject to the application of the Border Police

According to the "Agreement on the Mutual Exemption of Visa between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Serbia" signed in Belgrade on July 12, 2010, citizens of both Parties with valid ordinary and official (diplomatic, service, official and special) passports are exempt from visas for travels not exceeding ninety days within each six months from the date of first entry in the country of the other Party.
Turkish citizens can travel without a visa.
